The rate he was able to get for my home/car insurance was less expensive than what I was able to find (I looked for months on my own. Used online pricing/search tools as well as going direct to insurance companies). I was reluctant to use a broker as I thought I would be paying more for no reason. As it turns out, I am paying less AND getting an amazing level of service. Instead of spending infuriating hours on the phone dealing directly with the insurance company, Gene is able answer my question or solve my issue with a quick email exchange.
